NZ Domestic Shipping

We dispatch within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Domestic orders are sent via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, an email with your tracking information will be sent. Our courier provider, Aramex, will update you with notifications from pickup to delivery. Check your email spam if you do not receive notification.

For an enhanced tracking experience, you can sign up to Receiving Mode on aramexConnect. This allows you to monitor multiple orders in one place, access photo proof of your deliveries and more.

Flat rate - $10.

For free shipping for orders over $150 use SHIPNZ at checkout.

International Shipping

We dispatch within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

AUSTRALIA sent via NZ Post. Flat rate $25. For free shipping for orders over $200 use SHIPAU at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD sent via NZ Post. Flat rate $40
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.

Returns

We want you to be happy with our product. If you are not satisfied for any reason please let us know within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, hello@wyld.co.nz. If you used a free shipping code, shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the wild nature of these products, sizes may vary so if you need another size we are happy to exchange it if the purchased product remains in saleable condition. Unworn, all tags attached and returned within 14 days.

If you unfortunately find a fault we will replace or refund your money.
