Where is Wyld and Bohepe made?

Our product is proudly and completely made in New Zealand. Our wool is spun in Wellington at Woolyarns. Visit our Wool Blends page to learn more. Our garments are knitted in Dunedin at Otago Knitwear and socks at Comfort Socks in Levin.

How do I care for my Wyld garments?

We suggest you wear your Wyld as often as possible and wash according to the care label instructions on each product. It is important to store your garments in the Bamboo bag or Wyld Cotton Canvas bag when not in use if you have moths or pests.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with a credit card, Apple Pay, AfterPay or bank deposit (please contact us to arrange this)

Stripe is the payment service we use. It a PCI service provider level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments service industry. Any payment is sent to Stripe safely and securely and not stored by us

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to Australia for $25 and anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $50NZD

Do you ship to USA?

Unfortunately, SHIPPING TO USA is unavailable at present due to tariffs.

What are the shipping costs and times?

We dispatch within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
NEW ZEALAND sent via Aramex. Flat rate $10. For free shipping for orders over $150 use SHIPNZ at checkout.
AUSTRALIA sent via NZ Post. Flat rate $25. For free shipping for orders over $200 use SHIPAU at checkout

REST OF THE WORLD sent via NZ Post. Flat rate $50

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each item is wrapped in our custom tissue paper.
Hats, accessories, and baby blankets come in a Wyld bamboo gift bag.
Larger items are gift-wrapped in a green canvas cotton Wyld embroidered gift bag.

If you would like a handwritten note included, let us know at checkout.

We do not include an invoice in the parcel for New Zealand orders. We do for international orders to meet custom requirements.
