AUTUMN STYLE

At long last, it's officially sweater weather!

Slightly chilly weather but not cold enough to wear a coat. As the temperatures drop and we retire our summer staples, sweater weather means never having to sacrifice style for comfort.  From slim cardigans, chunky turtlenecks, or oversize crews, it's a great way to infuse warmth into your overall look.

But how do you make a sweater look good

Try these simple style tips for some unique outfit combos.

Master the Tuck: For a quick way to up-level your look and make it way more sophisticated and chic, simply tuck the front of your sweater into your jeans or pants. It is so simple but yet effortless.

Invest in a sweater dress, you’ll thank us later: Cinch the waist with a belt to give it shape. Wear this style with a white sneaker for a casual day look or with your favourite pair of boots for a much dressier feel.

Try layering: Add warmth to your sweater outfit with a couple of chic layers.

One: Style a chunky knit cardigan over a fitted, long-sleeved dress.

Two: Layer a merino V-neck over a T-shirt or button-down.

Three: Wear a faux fur vest over a slouchy sweater for a trendy look.

The classic, tried-and-true knits stand out for a reason, as they play a hugely important role in your wardrobe. Buy less and Invest in quality not quantity by simply choosing what nature naturally selects. Wylde creates all their beautiful products in New Zealand and just love bringing you locally-made goodness!
